Welcome to MrsRubinsWorld! On most days, I am known as Mrs. Natasha Rubin, a woman, wife, mom, author and educator. I wear many hats that require many responsibilities.

MrsRubinsWorld was originally created to serve as my teacher/educator social media handle. The idea was to give you a glimpse into my everyday life as a teacher and any other tidbits I chose to share about my life outside of the classroom. As a reading teacher, I witness the challenges and frustrations my students experience when it comes to reading. I made a commitment to find ways to help my students become lovers of reading, at whatever reading level they where on.

Before I became a teacher, I spent years working in an administrative role in corporations, a project manager within a non-profit educational sector, a youth events coordinator and continue to engage in entrepreneurial endeavors that center around youth and women. More importantly, I am a mom of two boys that I have helped navigate and achieve success within a very complex educational system.

I believe my rich and diverse experience has allowed me to bring a unique and welcomed way of teaching in my classroom that administration, students and parents appreciate.
